Safety Harness & VNA Rescue

Course designed to provide a safe escape solution for a VNA operator stuck at height, should their truck break down in an aisle with the forks in a load or racking, preventing the cab from lowering safely to the ground.

Training ensures operators understand how to check, fit and use safety harnesses and lanyards, and then apply these skills during the rescue procedure, to ensure operator safety throughout the ‘basket to basket’ manoeuvre, from faulty VNA to rescue vehicle.

(For safety, all training is conducted at ground level, to enable full supervision and instruction to be given and safe practices observed.)
