Our hazard perception challenges are fantastic learning tools, designed to both test and improve your knowledge of forklift safety.
Take a look at the video of the relevant truck type (Counterbalance, Reach or PPT) and try to spot as many hazards as you can. After you’ve identified them, fill in the form below and we’ll send you the answers, so you can see how many you correctly identified and how many you missed.
The videos were all filmed from the perspective of an operator in a working environment. During the first section, the operator is walking through a warehouse, and in the second section they are operating a truck. We are looking for clear hazards, in either section, relating to workplace transport only (rather than general health and safety or company-specific rules).
