Managing Crane Operations

This AITT-approved course provides managers/supervisors with the skills and knowledge to ensure the safe, compliant use of overhead travelling cranes in the workplace.

Managing Crane Operations empowers those overseeing crane use to apply best practice, resulting in significantly reduced risk of accidents and incidents, damage, disruption and the associated costs, thereby also contributing directly to profitability.

On successful completion of the course, delegates will be aware of the current legislation and guidelines relevant to the safe use of overhead travelling cranes. They will also be able to maintain and promote crane safety, recognise unsafe practice and understand how to control it, and communicate effectively with operators and line managers.

Delegates attending this course are not required to hold any prior qualifications.
