Mentor Training provides nationwide operator and instructor training
We deliver accredited forklift instructor courses, designed for companies wishing to train a member of their team to deliver their own operator training internally, in line with industry standards. These courses equip certified operators with the specialist skills and knowledge to train others to work safely and efficiently on your sites.
Instructor training is accredited by AITT and RTITB, both founding members of the Accrediting Bodies Association (ABA) for Workplace Transport, advised by the HSE, providing you total confidence that the training we deliver meets all necessary standards for compliance.
Delivered at our Mentor training centres in Chesterfield, Bromsgrove, and Livingston, or at your premises, our courses are led by experienced, qualified tutors. Each has undergone comprehensive training in instructional techniques and skills assessment, so you can benefit from quality-assured course delivery, every time.
Alongside instructor training, we also offer ongoing support services for businesses with in-house instructors, to help ensure consistent standards of internal operator training for the long term.

The Association of Industrial Truck Trainers, represent and monitor the leading forklift truck manufacturers and training companies in the workplace transport industry. The association is also a founder member of the Accrediting Bodies Association – Workplace Transport (ABA). We offer a wide range of operator and management courses under the AITT accreditation, delivered to their high standards.
The Road Transport Industry Training Board is a standard widely used in the road transport and warehousing industry. RTITB is another of the founding members of the Accrediting Bodies Association – Workplace Transport (ABA). We fully comply with RTITB standards and hold regular instructor courses under this accreditation scheme at our Bromsgrove centre.
