Overhead Gantry Cranes

We provide LEEA accredited operator training on the below types of electric overhead travelling cranes (EOTC):

Pendant Control – the crane is manoeuvred by a pendant control attached to the crane that is held at ground level by the operator.
Remote Control – this is similar to the pendant control system but the remote control is not attached to the crane thus allowing the operator more freedom to work from the optimum location.
Cab Control – the operator is located in a cab that is usually attached to the crane gantry to give them good vision of the operation from above.
